The International String Masters Tour comes through Fallon, Nevada, bringing performances from three separate performers, each demonstrating the universe of possibilities that arise when strings are pulled taught across a piece of wood. This Tour includes performances from The California Guitar Trio, Peppino, D'Agostino, and The String Revolution.

The universe of guitar knows no boundaries for The California Guitar Trio. Since 1991, the group has enthralled listeners with a singular sound that fearlessly crisscrosses genres. The trio’s questing spirit drives it to explore the intersections between rock, jazz, classical, and world music. It even throws in the occasional surf or spaghetti Western tune for good measure.

Peppino D’Agostino emerged on the acoustic guitar scene in the early 80’s as a leading member of the second wave of the great fingerstylists that helped redefine the instrument in the ’90s. His remarkable technique, penchant for open tunings, and percussive effects are the basis of his unique compositional style, inspiring musicians and audiences alike for decades. Add to that his natural warmth, playfulness, and broad musical tastes, and you have the recipe for what he calls “minestrone music.” His virtuosity and emotional charge have also significantly influenced the younger generation of fingerstyle guitarists. D’Agostino continues to evolve and grow in ways that would have been hard to predict when he first showcased his melodic yet emotionally intense style on the recordings Acoustic Spirit, Close to the Heart, and Every Step of the Way, which was named one of the top three acoustic guitar albums of all time by Acoustic Guitar magazine readers.

A young Sicilian artist left Italy over 37 years ago, dreaming of “playing with the greatest guitarists.” Peppino has achieved his dream and he’s now firmly planted in the “who’s who” of the guitar world.

Grammy Award® winning guitar trio, The String Revolution is an innovative and dynamic instrumental guitar band that pushes the boundaries of contemporary music. Composed of three virtuoso guitarists, they are renowned for their electrifying performances, blending different genres and styles to create unique arrangements and a captivating sound. Their intricate melodies, mesmerizing harmonies, and astonishing guitar skills have earned them a dedicated following and critical acclaim worldwide.

The band includes former Randy Rhoads student Janet Robin (named in the “Top 50 Acoustic Guitarist bonus list” by Guitar Player Magazine, 2017), who is also an acclaimed touring guitarist with the likes of Lindsey Buckingham, Meredith Brooks, Air Supply and many more, award winning and Master of the Arts, Austrian guitarist Markus Illko, and Cuban multi-instrumentalist and guitarist Rober Luis.

With memorable songs, unique arrangements, and exceptional musicianship, The String Revolution is no doubt a new force in the world of music and guitar performance.
